Águas do Tejo Atlântico

AdTA

Águas do Tejo Atlântico is a multi-municipal company for the collection, treatment and final discharge of treated wastewater. Established in 2017 on the back of the Águas de Portugal Group's know-how, it covers an area of over 4,100 km² across Greater Lisbon and the West, spanning 23 municipalities. We serve around 2.4 million people and, with a vision focused on the future and on people, we grow stronger every day thanks to everyone who works here and to our municipal partners. We open our doors to the scientific and business communities, to our peers in the water sector and to civil society, and together we reflect on the major challenges of the future and of innovation in this sector, where our Water Factories will take centre stage. Our commitment to the circular economy and to changing mindsets — and, above all, attitudes — is one of our drivers for a more sustainable planet and more people-friendly cities. Welcome to Tejo Atlântico.
